Every core feature is in the base plan: people, attendance, children's check-in, volunteer scheduling, events, assessments, and communication. Add-ons extend the platform for churches that need them. They are never a prerequisite for running your church. Update an address once and the directory, statements, and rosters all agree.

Video & Streaming: published rates
Usage is measured by the minute; only amounts beyond your plan’s included allowances bill.

Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees. A credit card is required to start your 14-day free trial, but you won’t be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before day 14: no penalty, no questions.
What does SMS messaging cost?
$15/month plus $0.0125 per text segment (a long text may use more than one segment). Monthly only, and it bills monthly even on annual plans. 10DLC carrier registration is included and takes 3 to 7 business days.
What does Giving & Accounting cost?
$79/month, or $67.15/month billed annually. Giving runs through your church’s own Stripe account: free to connect, and the standard card fees (2.9% + $0.30) go to Stripe, not Ekkluo.
What does Video & Streaming cost?

How does Ekkluo compare to Planning Center or Tithely?

Can I switch to Ekkluo from my current platform?
Yes. We import your people, families, and attendance history from a CSV export of your current platform, and we do the import with you during onboarding. Import is quoted as a project, based on what you have and what shape it’s in, because configuration has to come first or the records land wrong.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and save 15% on the platform ($84.15/month instead of $99/month) and on Giving & Accounting ($67.15/month instead of $79/month). SMS and Video & Streaming are monthly subscriptions; they bill monthly even on annual plans.
Who owns my data?
You do. Always. Ask and your data is exported to you, in standard formats, any time. If you ever leave Ekkluo, your data leaves with you.
